MY DESIGN JOURNEY

Hello! My name is Jen and I own Jen Adair Interiors.

I have a passion for transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. I love to use the desert aesthetic to create seamless spaces that offer the indoor outdoor living that we enjoy in the desert.

I have honed my design skills and gained a deep understanding of the principles of architecture, art, and interior aesthetics while in the trenches of projects ranging from my extensive background in home staging and interior design spanning over 10 years.

I have successfully completed a diverse range of projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces.

My clients love working with me because I pride myself on being organized, and having processes in place that make the experience enjoyable. I truly believe that the design process should be a positive experience for my clients and I work hard to ensure communication and transparency so there are no surprises along the way.

Meet the team.

One of the most exciting developments at the studio this year has been welcoming Alexa Simone into an expanded role as Design Assistant and Creative Specialist.

Before joining Jen Adair Interiors, Alexa built a successful career in Los Angeles as a commercial stylist, where she developed a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual presentation. Her creative background brings a fresh perspective to our studio and plays an important role in how we communicate design concepts to our clients.

Today, Alexa supports the design team through presentation development, material organization, project coordination, and creative content creation. She is also expanding her technical design skills through ongoing training in SketchUp and CAD, allowing her to contribute to projects in new and exciting ways as she continues her growth within the industry.

Her creativity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn have made her an invaluable part of our team. On a personal note, it has been incredibly rewarding to work alongside my daughter and watch her transition into the world of interior design while helping shape the future of our growing studio.

As a mom of relatively young kids, I did not have time to find beautiful & comfortable furnishings for our family. Initially, we only hired her for the dining and family room, but we were so pleased with the outcome, we hired her for our entire home. First, Jen listened to our needs and wants for furnishing our new home. She made the entire process of decorating fun and interactive. As the process evolved, Jen listened carefully and we worked together to find furniture, pillows, rugs and additional pieces that make a house a home. She is very quick to respond to texts which helps the process move along at a timeframe that met our needs. Hiring Jen is something I would do over again in a heartbeat!
